Jane Fletcher is a Director of SMart In Corporates.
Jane has worked in retailing for over 25 years, firstly in store management and buying (Waitrose) and subsequently as a consultant.
Jane has helped literally hundreds of small and large businesses with their marketing strategies, new product development and how to develop a customer-focus.
Jane feels passionately about keeping it real and has developed a range of techniques to bring the sharp end of the business to her clients. These insights and experiences help clients to understand their customers more, find practical solutions to problems and open their minds to new ideas.
Jane has only recently started working with the veterinary profession and she believes that there is a real opportunity for practices to better connect with their customers using simple approaches and to further develop the knowledge and skills which currently exists within practices.
